CRUSHER AND MIXER
The raw materials are crushed, and then sent to the mixer which, as its name indicates, mix the ingredients to create premium food for animals such as poultry, pigs, fish, cows...
PELLETING PRESS or press pellets
First of all, the ingredients pass in conditioner, where the steam is injected.
The powder/water vapour is then compressed in a sieve, to obtain pellets of different sizes depending on the mold used.
This pellet can be directly consumed to animals or be crushed to make food for small pets (fish, chicken, etc).
FINISHED PRODUCTS
The finished products are sold in bulk or in bags of... kg. Some of these products are also packed in bags of 3 kg and 5 kg. All of these products are sold in our "retailers" and in the supermarkets and directly in the factory.
